Privacy Policy
Last updated October 12, 2026
The Brokerage Collective LLC (“The Brokerage Collective”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
What you give us. When you send an inquiry, request a showing, or ask about joining the brokerage, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and your message, along with the listing you asked about, if any.
How you found us. This website uses a small first-party script to understand how visitors find us and what they look at. It keeps a random visitor ID and the source of your visit (such as a campaign link or the referring website) in your browser’s local storage and in a first-party cookie, and records on our platform’s servers that source and every page and home you view (along with how long you spend on each page and how far you scroll, how often you visit, uses of the payment calculator, listing shares and open-house calendar adds). With each page it records the device you used (its type, operating system, browser, screen size, language and time zone), your IP address, and your approximate location (city and state) derived from it on our platform's own servers, using IP geolocation by DB-IP (CC BY 4.0). If you later send us an inquiry or create an account, that history is attached to it, from every device you use, so we know which channels bring people to us, which homes interest you, and which homes and emails to send you. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers.
Device fingerprint and shared networks. Unless your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal or you have opted out of targeted advertising, the script also reads characteristics of your browser and device (how it draws text and graphics, its graphics processor, installed fonts, processor cores, memory and screen) and combines them into a device fingerprint. We use it to recognize your browser again after its visitor ID has been cleared, and we use it and your network address to identify devices that probably belong to the same person or household. Those matches are possibilities, never confirmed links. Clearing this site’s data and cookies resets the visitor ID but may not stop us recognizing your browser by its fingerprint; to have your history deleted, contact us.
Technical information. Like any website, our hosting providers receive your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, for security and to deliver the site.
This website does not run third-party analytics or advertising tags.
2. How we use it
- To answer your inquiry, arrange showings, and represent you if you choose to work with us.
- To keep a record of our conversations and transactions, as Texas real estate law requires.
- To understand which of our efforts help people find us.
- To keep this website secure and working.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our website, client relationship and transaction systems, email and text messaging on our behalf, and — when you ask us to — with the other parties to your real estate transaction (for example a lender, title company, or the other side’s agent). We may disclose information when the law requires it.
4. Property listings
Listings on this website come from the Lubbock Association of REALTORS® MLS and are provided for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use. Searching listings does not require an account.
5. Text messages
If you give us your phone number on a form, we may call or text you about that inquiry — for example to confirm a showing or follow up on your question. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or listing. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing. Our text message programs are described in our SMS Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories listed exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing brit@thebrokeragecoLBK.com. We keep transaction records for as long as the law requires.
7. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
